The Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) is soliciting bids for the construction of the Hungry Harbor Habitat Restoration Project. The project is located 2.03 miles east of the intersection of Highway 101 and SR 401 in Pacific County, Washington. This project is sponsored by CREST, in partnership with Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), and Greenwood Resources Inc., with funding support from the Salmon Recovery Funding Board, the Washington Coast Restoration and Resilience Initiative, and the Pacific Marine and Estuarine Partnership.

This is a prevailing wage contract and it meets all federal and state contracting guidelines. Applicant companies must be registered and in good standing with the federal SAM (System for Award Management).
